Qualifying: Back at the legendary Le Mans circuit after a winter of hard work developing the new machine. After a series of 4 fast laps, we take pole position with a time of 1'43.666. In the second session conditions were a little cooler and we improved our time to 1'43.622. We will start both races from pole position.
Race 1: A very good start! We lead out of the first corner. We string together fast laps, extend our lead and set a time of 1'43.581. Victory, 27 seconds ahead of our rivals.
Race 2: Same start as the day before, we keep first place. On lap 5 we set a new French Championship record — just 0.008 off the Sidecar World Championship track record. We also improve our personal best by 0.3 seconds with a 1'42.929.
