Qualifying: A lot of work during the sessions to find the right balance for the machine on this technical circuit. We set the 4th-fastest time.
Sprint Race: An average start; after just over a lap, two competitors tangle in the midfield and race control has to show the red flag…. The race is restarted and we're in the leading group, in 3rd place! Unfortunately we run off the track and rejoin in 9th!!! We string together fast laps and fight back to 4th, setting the second-fastest race lap.
Gold Race: We've barely arrived on the grid when the lights go out; we're 9th through the first corner… Another fightback awaits, and as the day before we take 4th place.
Not the weekend we'd hoped for, but we're banking points!
